We have over 29 years of experience in all aspects of installing, servicing and maintaining gas central heating boilers and systems. Our central heating serviceplan doesn't just offer boiler cover, but provides thorough, detailed cover for your entire heating and water system. We cover many parts of the system that are excluded on the British Gas Homecare 200 plan. We have listened to what customers want from a boiler service contract and feel we have successfully evolved our heating cover plan to meet those requirements.
We believe in a thorough, robust approach to boiler and gas appliance servicing. Unlike some of our competitors, we do not believe that a gas boiler service can be properly carried out in ten minutes flat. We prefer to carry out each boiler service in exact accordance with that boiler manufacturers' published service procedure. Every day in Britain, around 31,000 households suffer the inconvenience of their gas central heating boiler or system breaking down.

Chesterfield, DerbyshireThis firm is very poor l have been paying for my boiler to be serviced yearly by this firm. They have supposed to have serviced it earlier this year. l called them out for a different matter they came out and for no reason took the cover off my boiler said it was leaking and l need a new boiler. l got another plumber out to check it and was told it had not been serviced he was here 2 hrs cleaning/servicing my boiler it is now working no problem.
