If you rent out a property it is a legal requirement that you have a landlords certificate. We charge just £80 for the certificate plus £25 for each additional gas appliance in the property. We can provide Maintainance services for all domestic needs. Whether you have a dripping tap or a boiler breakdown we will come and solve the problem for you. As we have NO CALL OUT FEE there will be no charge for the initial visit to diagnose the problem. If you decide that a new boiler is the best option for you then look no further.
