The story of UK Commercial Cleaning starts when a 19 year old Tony Earnshaw bought and transformed a local north east window cleaning round (which at the time was taking £300 per month) to that of one taking £6000 per month. Through the sheer grit and determination of Tony, the company excelled and was sold on 6 months later for £16,000.

This then gave Tony the opportunity to move into the commercial and industrial sectors which he instantly did, almost immediately winning large public sector contracts and creating new jobs. The company went from strength to strength securing contracts with hotel chains, restaurant groups and nationally recognised care groups.


In 2008 UKCCS attained the safe-contractor, Construction Line, CHAS, B&ES (TR19) accreditations for the company & successfully established ISO-9001 Management.

2016 – UK Commercial Cleaning are now part of the UK Commercial Group, a National Facilities Management company working is every town and city within the UK, Including Northern Ireland. All of our staff are CRB Checked, have a minimum of 3 years experience. Our National fleet of vehicles are all within 3 years old, before and after photos are taken for each job completed on our new state of the art technology.

Once any job is completed we preform a ‘Quality Control Check’ this check consists of a phone call to the site management asking a serious of questions establishing if you were happy with the service, any problems our company promise is to return free of charge within 24 hours, guaranteeing you a perfect clean. We check all before and after photos before sending them to you to ensure the quality & standard of work.

UK Commercial Cleaning are specialists in industrial and commercial cleaning. We supply these services to predominantly the commercial sector, nationally. We offer a wide variety of services to the NHS, Schools, the care home industry, Hotel Chains, Restaurant Chains and the building industry, plus many more.

We aim to be a one stop cleaning shop, geared towards these industries. We currently have national coverage including Scotland, Wales, England and Northern Ireland. Our fully trained CRB checked staff, have many years of experience in this sector, because of this, our reputation is high and our customers are always satisfied.

Upon completion of each job, we ask all clients to sign a satisfaction sheet, which states please only sign if you are happy with the service you have received. A copy is then given to the client.
